I am sure that as soon as I declare…

I am sure that as soon as I declare that I am retired, 0ver 60, Toluna just do not want to know. I have plenty of other things to do in my retirement than to give bona fide feedback. Just so fed up of wasting time filling in the first part which takes an average 15 minutes, then to be told I don't meet their criteria. Can this company not post a recommendation ie - We are looking for retired folk aged 64, married, house owners with no children or pets? Would save a lot of time and save them a lot of survey reward money which I am not that desperate to earn given that it is mere pennies.

To increase your chances to qualify for future surveys we recommend making sure that your profile surveys are complete and up to date. Your Profile Surveys can be accessed directly from the "Survey Centre" or via the Surveys menu in the header: "Surveys" -"Profile Surveys".

Profile Surveys are designed to help us improve the level of service we provide and allows us to send you surveys that you are most likely to qualify for.

Toluna's profiling process is continuous — the objective being to have broad and current attributes on each member. Our clients make marketing decisions based on responses from our members in their surveys so we must implement strict quality controls to make sure you are part of the target the client is looking for. The questions we ask at the beginning of each survey may seem repetitive but are necessary to ensure the integrity of the survey sample.

Let’s say that based on your profile, we invite you to a survey for smokers, but you do not smoke a certain brand that our client is interested in and, consequently, the survey will stop and you will be redirected to a new survey. We have plenty of opportunities for all age groups, professions, regions, incomes, shopping habits, etc. As long as all your profiles are complete and up to date, you will have much more chances to qualify.

I still use my dodgy fridge freeze…

I still use my dodgy fridge freeze which Beko give poor after sales service with. We went away on a weeks holiday and returned to a major incident. Inside the fridge a can of diet coke had exploded and the entire fridge was coated in brown liquid. I cleaned it up and threw out food such as potatoes which were so saturated that they were reduced to pulp. Why should a can explode? Obviously, the thermostat was not working up to expected standards, therefore the can froze and as water expands at freezing temperatures, the can burst and spread the contents everywhere. Saving up at the moment to buy a more reliable fridge/freezer from anybody but Beko. Again, I hope Beko are reading this and I can assure them I am not working from a rival company that makes fake comments to wreck the reputation of a rival. My word is honest and clear - your products are seriously crap !!!

Just fed up to the back teeth with…

Just fed up to the back teeth with TalkTalk. Against my wishes, I was offloaded by Virgin Media about 4 or 5 years ago because I was not a fast broadband user (we didn't have this facility where we live). Dearie me, this outfit is a millimetre short of adequacy. Too often, I cannot get into my emails and duly contact them via email or phone. I'm sorry but I just struggle to communicate with the staff on their call centre. Their English is poor, especially the quality of their speech. I make every effort to speak politely and clearly; I have a Scottish accent which is evidently not understood by the call centre people but as I am a patient person (also a teacher) I make allowances. However, they just cannot speak to me in a version of English that an English speaker would understand. I am also fed up with the time wasted trying to get through to the call centre. The Live Chat is a complete waste of time as more often than not it is unavailable. To be perfectly honest, TalkTalk don't give a s... about their users, which is sad and very unprofessional. They are happy to get your money and give you short shrift if you complain.

A company that endorses Child Mutilation for profit.

A company that allows babies to have ears pierced (in full view of the public) ought to hang their head in shame. Clearly Claire's endorses female child mutilation at a profit. I will never ever enter any of their stores again and I intend to make my complaint official with all of the following - my councillor, head of council for Falkirk, my MSP and my MP. How dare you inflict cruelty on babies to satisfy mothers of low IQ and above average vanity.

Do not ever buy a Beko product

Do not ever buy a Beko product. Their helpline is woefully inadequate We had a major niggle with a replacement fridge-freezer drawer front. It broke so we ordered another and, sadly during installing, the new front broke in half. All I asked on the Beko help page for was installation instructions but 11 weeks later this company has decided to write me off. During me sending this email review, my Beko washing machine has packed in. Rather than seek Beko help the washing machine is going to recycle. Seriously, avoid this company like the plague. I have 18 emails from them regarding help but nothing positive regarding results. Absolutely shocking customer care and I hope BEKO is reading this. Just a cheapskate company who do not give a toss about bona fide customers like me.
