The driver had wrong destination…
The driver had wrong destination information. We had to give him our actual address from scratch. Because the location was new he was unfamiliar and dropped us at some distance from out actual address - a longish hike in the hot sun with two kids under six. He told us the pick up would be at a different location but because he spoke no English I am uncertain wether to trust them.
Thank you for taking the time to notify us of this recent experience with your transfer. We are of course sorry to hear of your disappointment in this instance, as we always endeavour to provide our customers with a high standard, happy travel experience.

A gamble that didn’t pay off.
I needed to send a parcel to Hong Kong and was attracted by the very competitive quote - around a third cheaper than their competitors. I should have read the reviews and taken heed of Landmarks own ominous warning ‘this service is not guaranteed.’ I took a gamble.
The parcel was well beyond its due arrival date - the tracking is of no value as it only alerts to the arrival of the parcel into the country not the local courier handling. I opened an investigation but before it’s conclusion - some three weeks after it’s predicted arrival - it turned up. The parcel was damaged and the contents arrived in a large plastic bag provided by the local courier who claimed the package was compromised either in the Uk or in aeroplane transit.
