Purchased ticket on line. They had the best price I can find. Several informative emails have been received, plus further offers. No other contact with them so far to discuss.

Difficult returning item
The shoes were nice but not to my partners taste. Upon trying to return the item I had mis-laid the invoice, but had the returns label and confirmation emails. I called twice to discuss how to return, I was on hold for over 40mins and gave up in the end: I emailed twice with No response. On the website it says you cannot return without the invoice and cannot return to store. I am left not knowing how to return. Complete nightmare, very confusing.
