My only problem was been given a date by Parcel Force (a Friday)by text and email, then it changing to a Monday, no reason given.
Ordered new tent online
Ordered new tent online, given a date to collect from store, went into that store to collect it, told it wasn't there.
Needed the tent for holiday, which we were going in a few days time.
Had to cancel order, then buy one from instore. Was told i would get an email from Decathlon cancelling order and about my refund.
After waiting a few days, still no email, so had to chase them up.
This won't stop me using Decathlon, but it did annoy me.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
