I almost signed up to this thieving company. They want to hold 24% of all transactions for 210 days and charge me a monthly fee of 20 euros amongst other steep charges. Avoid these like the plague and definitely read the small print!

Never again will I order again from…

Never again will I order again from these clowns. I was expected delivery of my order 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I received an email stating half my order is out of stock and will be refunded! Never again will I use JD. Disgraceful service.

Disappointing

Honestly, I am so disappointed with the quality of the prints I have received. I envisioned much better quality from the reviews on this website. The mugs, and bottles are great, but printed t-shirts and hoodies are really poor.
On arrival the print had small cracks which I knew would only get worse over time. After only one wash they've already started to crack further. As a business I will not be seen wearing these again - so that's wasted money. The one star increased to two due to the company trying to rectify the issue by providing another printed t-shirt even though that was of similar quality.

Waste of money - delivery service is awful

I have placed three orders of which the following happened

Order 1 - no delivery stated left outside but it wasn’t
Order 2 - arrived OKAY
Order 3 - arrived opened, leakage underneath box

The food from the one order I received was delicious and really good, but the delivery service is dreadful. I can’t continue a service with such unreliable deliveries when each week I am uncertain if I will either receive the food or it’s edible. I’m really disappointed as I was looking forward to the meals.

A track record of 100% unreliable. Well done!

I order a lot of products from one business that use DPD as their delivery service. I’m talking at least 1 transaction a week. I have had 0 of those orders delivered on the day it was expected, 100% guaranteed not next day! On most occasions I will receive a text stating it will be out for delivery today when in actual fact it won’t until the following day because of the package still being at the depot. Today took the biscuit and was the reason for leave this 1 star review. Today apparently the package was out for delivery and apparently unable to be delivered according to the tracking information due to the driver not having have the correct number/contact. I contacted DPD for them who were kind enough to contact me back very quickly and state the driver attempted delivery, but no one was in. Funny that happened when I’m sitting on my sofa and no one pushed the buzzer to gain access to the building. Bunch of lying crooks and a waste of time. In my case 100% unreliable. If I could I would use another delivery service but the business I use doesn’t give such options.

Since joining in Dec 2018 I have not…

Since joining in Dec 2018 I have not had 1 single day without the internet dropping out. At first it was dropping out 3/4+ times a day, but it has seemed to have reduced to once per day. The frustrating issue for me is I have not been compensated for such issues even though plusnet said they would. They have not been supportive in resolving the issue with countless promises of calling back etc with no avail. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. The moment I get the opportunity to leave such as price increases or end of contract I will be leaving immediately. They have offered me a dreadful internet service with a poor next to none customer service experience.

Not as bad as the reviews suggest

I have been with three for many years and can’t fault their efforts to put things right. Sure they made a few mistakes over the years, but they always compensated for the errors that occurred. I recently decided to leave three and the process to leave was frustrating due to the the sales pitch of staying meant I kept having to repeat over and over again that I wanted to leave and then the friendly advisor becoming blunt when it was clear I wanted to leave. I would reconsider rejoining three at a later date, but for now I decided my loyalty wasn’t giving me the best deal vs alternative provider who offered a much better deal than that was offered as a ‘loyal’ customer. Overall good signal, good customer response time and reasonable introductory prices, but disappointing discounts for the loyal customer.

I have been a loyal customer of JD for…

I have been a loyal customer of JD for the last year or so and paid almost all my orders in cash to avoid interest. Typical orders paid in cash are electronics etc, but predominantly fairly pricey items. The past few months however, I used the credit facility to order a few items which I intended to spread the payments. To my horror after 3 months of paying the minimum payment, I find that the minimum payment of c.£25 on a £600 credit is just interest! This is shocking when credit cards I own wouldn't charge this much if I had a balance similar to that of JD is charging. I am disgusted at these charges especially when I have paid already a lot of money in cash for items through there site. Simply put I will be paying off this balance immediately and I will not be buying anything else from these cowboys again. I strongly recommend anyone else considering to place orders with this company to look elsewhere. Others at least offer 12 months interest free and still if they don't do not charge such extortionate charges.

My experience has been dreadful and…

My experience has been dreadful and costly after two faulty items received and a customer service rep miss informing me..

Brief background -
I purchased a cheap tumble dryer which was visibly damaged on arrival with a large crack on side. I swiftly returned the item and received a full refund (great). I decided based on the prompt service to purchase a more expensive premium tumble dryer with the perception that the price would be reflected in the quality. Unfortunately, 8 hours of attempting to dry clothes finding they're still damp is not the quality product I expected, thus again calling and returning the item. This time however it did not go to plan as I’m still waiting a refund! The chap explicitly confirmed the refund would be received on Thursday 5th/very latest Friday 6th April. On the Saturday of receiving no refund I phoned Curry's who informed no refund had been submitted and would need to send the request to another dept to resolve! It is now the 10th April and still no refund has been given. I am also now overdrawn costing me daily because I followed the advice of the adviser expecting a refund no later than the 6th and so I used some of my bill money for payments due on the 9th to purchase an alternative tumble dryer.

For me the lessons learned -

Don't believe Curry's
Don't expect a fully working item
Never purchase another item until the money is physically in my bank.

All I am thankful for is the lessons, thanks Curry’s.

Always delivered on time and in perfect…

Always delivered on time and in perfect packaging. Whenever I have had concerns/issues they have been swift to resolve the problem.

I am surprised at the low ratings. For me they're great and always somewhere I consider purchasing given the process of ordering online is simple and with long call center opening hours which is an advantage.
