Great service, Very happy with my moving experience from Glasgow, to Northern Spain.
Always super easy to reach someone (including weekends), no surprise overhead charges (including the cheapest quote when I was shopping around), and hassle free friendly customer service.
Overall, a very pain free move from planning to pick up to drop off, and would like to personally thank Dayne Southern for making it so easy.
Would certainly use again, and my first call if ever needing a move in the future.

Possibly the worst service I have received from a company.
Single handedly ruined a visa application forms to move to UK to be with my wife.
She was sending important documents needed, we paid for overnight delivery Glasgow to Toronto on Thursday at noon. It is now the following Wednesday, and we have no idea where parcel is.
Visa interview is tomorrow and I cannot reschedule.
No tracking number given, and no help at all from service counter.
Unbelievable amount of stress induced, over what is supposed to be a happy time.
Do yourself a favour and never ever ever ship even a birthday card with these criminals
