From first contact to delivery of my new watch the experience was first class. Communication was excellent and I knew exactly where I was in the process and all my questions were clearly answered. I was part exchanging and felt the valuation of my watch was fair.
My new watch was requiring some extra links for the bracelet and the customer services team were quick to resolve the issue.
Don't buy Panodyne covid test kit
I bought what was advertised as a Covid test.It was not.
The packaging clearly states. Point of care test. Identifies infection before symptoms. It says COVID-19 Cassette test kit. Rapid Test kit Results within 10 mins. It says Diagnosis Test of Coronavirus Infection. It's wrong and misleading. It's an antibody test my GP tells me.

I was too late with my enquiry on my 1st choice vehicle but the team called me back and promised to let me know as soon as something similar came up. True to their word I was offered a couple of options and one that actually suited my needs better than my original enquiry.
