Fast international delivery - the socks are as excellent as ever (I usually buy from Pedemeia's shops when I visit family in Porto, but lockdown meant that this year's socks had to be bought online).

Good communication, good products
Picked Anglian again because I’ve been very happy with the windows and door installed 15 years ago - this job was to replace a non-Anglian door which didn’t work well and a window which I wanted to replace with one with a tilt & turn function.
Good communication throughout, and reasonably quick ordering/manufacturing process as well. The installation team were prompt, cleaned up after themselves and got it all done in a morning. The door & window are just as I wanted.

Condor are brilliant
Condor are brilliant - for everything from inner tubes to the complete bicycle; the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the stock is well-chosen for all types of cyclists (I'm not a racing cyclist; I'm a fairly slow touring cyclist - but the store caters equally well for everyone from me to the professional racers).
