Don't buy there!

They didn't tell me if the package was sent or not or if it was, where if was. I asked to cancel my order and no one responded. I asked questions and no one responded. I contacted them through their site and no one responded. One morning it just came. They still won't respond to me. I wanted to cancel my order due to allergy concerns. I got my order and that confirmed it. Everything, including the salt, contains traces of nuts, which was not mentioned on the site or in the information about any of the products I bought. Now I've spent a fortune on food I can't eat from a shop that ignores their customers. Waste of time and money. I'll have to give all of the food away now.

Not worth it

Not worth it, buying or selling. When you sell, they end up clearing away valuable items, things get broken and they have no idea how to sell. Almost everything is posted with poor photos, even worse descriptions and strangely low prices. It's like they're begging people not to buy and most of the money goes to Sellpy, not you.

If you buy from there the shipping is expensive and what you get rarely matches what you bought. Stained and ragged items, that will then cost you a lot to return, sometimes more than what you originally paid.

It's a company that gave the impression of caring about the environment but really just care about making a bundle off of the rest of us.

I've lost time and money on them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Regarding your advertisements, I mainly want to apologize - we obviously want to deliver advertisements with both images and text that are accurate and attractive to a buyer, as well as make your items fair, and can only state that we have failed in this case.

Our shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of the package in accordance with our agreements with Schenker / PostNord/Citymail. Since we are a company, our freight costs differ from private freight costs.

Don't waste your money

Total waste of money. Unreliable site with tech issues messing up your order, unreliable business, rude and threatening delivery people that I almost had to call the police on. Shady business. Don't waste your time and money on them.

Defect products and unsympathetic employees

Three separate orders, all defect products. I can't get money back, only send the products to be repaired which will take minimum 3 weeks. I will have to pack them and pay for shipping myself. They've been less than pleasant and very unhelpful every time I've contacted them. Ordering from them is a waste of money.

Under all kritik

Jag reste med Flixbuss fram och tillbaka till Söderköping och resan var inte alls vad jag hade förväntat mig. Jag hade bokat plats men det fanns inga markeringar eller information varken för de som bokat eller de med fri plats. Det var ofta högljutt i bussen och dåligt med information. Körningen var hackig och sätena som träbänkar. Toaletten fungerade inte och gick inte heller att låsa så det var passagerare som fick 'oväntat besök' när de uträttade sina behov. Även bältena krånglade. På hemresan skulle bussen gå 12 och man skulle komma en kvart innan för att kunna gå på. Bussen kom efter tolv och en dryg och otrevlig buss-chaffis hojtade att man måste gå till andra sidan bussen för att få lämna in sitt bagage, inget välkomnande eller ursäkt för att han var sen. Ingen information om plats och vid fråga om han kunde visa platsen man bokat satte han sig, tittade ner i mobilen och viftade bort oss med handen. Nu när jag behövde boka igen (då jag inte visste att det gick andra bussar till den destinationen) blev det fel med bokningen så platsen jag bokade blev fri plats istället. Sen vid ombokning var det fullbokat och eftersom jag kommit in på ombokningen fick jag nytt bokningsnummer men ingen bokningsbekräftelse. Det hela slutade med att jag fick avboka resan och fick då 60 kr minst avdrag så hela resan blev inte returnerad och man kunde inte få pengarna tillbaka utan endast en rabatt för att få åka med dem igen. Vid all kontakt med kundservice har de varit dryga och allt annat än trevliga. Under all kritik ärligt talat... Jag skulle hellre betala för taxi än att åka med dem igen denna rutten.
