It's unfortunate that this situation needed to happen. After purchasing our training, Perpetual Audience Growth, Karen decided that she needed to do a chargeback with her bank to refund the funds she invested.
After seeing a notification of this chargeback, I (Joe Fier), immediately emailed Karen to ask why and if there's a way to help her out (she never emailed or messaged us in any form prior to this point).

As you can see here, Karen meant no harm to our business, so I thought we were looking good!
I informed her of our refund policy. Typically we don't offer refunds (because it's simple to steal any digital products and we offer one-on-one time & guidance to each customer), but because she said she has no more time to spend on this, we immediately gave her a full refund.
After asking Karen to remove the chargeback request and asking for proof that she's done so (protocol from any bank), she began blowing up at me in email and yelling that we are wasting her time and she should have left the dispute. See here: https://cl.ly/e2310b689ac5

So long story short: Please don't take Karen's comment at face value. Unfortunately, some customers forget that there is a business and real people on the other side of a computer who have been in business for 12 years and genuinely want to help people.
This is the only communication we've ever had with her, we offered all the support she allowed us to give, and still, we were met with "they will treat you like a dog and ban you" sentiments. Ugh.

Very very very bad quality ! I don't even know how this platform pretends to have quality services!!! This is the worst platform I have ever seen with so low quality and with so many liars!!!
The freelancers here have their rates astronomic and their quality is soooo bad, these guys are here just to take commisions.
YOU SHOULD BE ASHAME OF YOURSELF UPWORK AND I WISH YOU THAT EVERYONE CAN SEE WHAT BAD QUALITY OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE!!
You only want money money money, your freelancers are horrible, better go on fiverr and pay $5 than come here with your high prices!

I have asked to do a partial refund, because my cat got sick so i have over 150€ in food that the cat cannot eat, I m in the 14 days of return allowed by THE LAW and they refused !!!! They didnt offered a coupon code nothing, this company cares only for the money and not for the pets, I will change them, they have been so bad , i have asked for solution, their answers are heartless and empty like robots;

cancelled my order from victoria…
cancelled my order from victoria secrets and said they will refund !!!! no refund on my credit card and now when i message them they say to go speak with victoria secrets when it is them that took the money and appear on my bank statemetnt.
This company is a fraudulent company who makes money laundering and nothing more and will steal your money!!!!!!

These are a bunch of scammers who will steal your money and will say salute au revoir and will never give you an exchange , a replacement, don t even talk about refunds lol, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE , I will not stop here you thiefs!!!!!!!!!!

the worst customer service ever, literally worst i have ever seen. i am now stuck with a 650€ item that doesnt work and these people , robots because they don t diserve other name send me robot messages all the time in spanish ! when i have clearly told them i want them to answer in english. there is a bunch of incompetence in amazon spain that i don t have words for it. i will go and take legal action against these ones, they scammed me and stolen my money and want to get away because they re amazon???
