Unreliable

Very late, on website delivery time 3 days, reality 2-3 weeks, customer care is miserable and hard to reach. I do not recommend this company!

Delivery times are only offered as an estimation considering the fact that in logistics, delays may occur due to traffic, operational delays etc. We have additional delays now due to pandemic restrictions. Please also consider that we were in our peak period for shipping orders and there were further delays because of pandemic restrictions. Eurosender has no control over how quickly or slowly the transport occurs, as this is done exclusively by the courier company. This order was delivered in 6 days, not 2-3 weeks. GLS in Portugal is the worse ever

GLS in Portugal is the worse ever, they have never delivered my package, they lie that there is none at home during the delivery, in reality they dont even try to deliver, I always end up driving to the warehouse and searching for my package. This is my 5th time experience.
