never had any major problems
purchased 5+ times from shein and never had a problem with them, except the quality can be a little questionable sometimes and you can find a lot of their products on chinese websites since their warehouse is in china, and standard delivery usually takes about one week, but I'm quite satisfied with them!
ACTUAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY!
It was my first time purchase and I found out students get free next day delivery! I was quite sceptical at first but I paid before 10pm that day and actually received it the next day! Though I ended up returning an item that was too small, their returning service is really easy to use as well!
terrible communication
terrible communication, super slow responses, they read your messages on whatsapp but dont reply, and their "live" chat is definitely not "24/7". I asked them about my criteria before i paid and they ensured me they can be done, but after i paid and when i needed it, they were like "oh it's not ready and we only said we can TRY". So i missed TWO DEADLINES and they said they wont refund because it was my problem. DONT SAY 'YES IT CAN BE DONE' WHEN IT CAN'T BE DONE!

But we can see that our customer support team assisted you yesterday before your review with more than 50 WhatsApp messages. And you have already received your work before the deadline even of selecting the wrong deadline on the form and blaming us for that.
For next time, Please select your accurate deadline to avoid all these situations, as we can only TRY to deliver work before the selected deadline without any additional charges.
And in this case, it's not our fault and customer are not eligible for a refund.

Tingles but works, not long-lasting tho...
Received it in 2 days which was really fast! It’s a bit overpriced but it works! When you first apply it, it does tingle a lot like it’s super spicy, but if you can stand it, you can definitely see results! It’s not very long lasting tho.
Custom charges for UK customers...
I was really excited by the prices on iHerb because they seems pretty cheap and reasonable until I found out they declare for customs charge BUT THEY NEVER MENTIONED BEFOREHAND. They did said you MAY get charged but it was actually a MUST. I ended up paying £27 for customs charge and Royal Mail handling fee. I was satisfied with the items but do not buy if you live in the UK.

They don’t call you or text you before coming to take your stuff and expect you to standby 8am-6pm. I just wanted a heads up or something because I won’t be in all day. That made me miss them 3 times and had to rearrange 3 times. I was honestly so annoyed.
