Used their services for several years at what I have now feel was at an inflated price. Tried to cancel and they offered a 3 euro per month option to put the contract on hold, agreed to this but they continued to take the full amount from my account. Contacted customer service several times, they don't reply to emails you have to call them, even after a rep came to see me about it, the full payments still continued. Still fighting over it now 9 months later. Wont go back to them again.

I have used Amazon for what feels like forever. I don't like the fact that its now like an eBay where you are buying directly from sellers rather than Amazon handling the order, everything I order from Amazon directly I have no problems with but via third parties its nothing but trouble every time.

Have purchased a lot from this company, saved me half of the cost of what I used to pay for pet food. Overall very happy, the only thing that I find is they try to send too much in one large box and things can get squashed and broken. Would be better if there were a few smaller boxes sent. When I have contacted customer service about things being damaged there has been no objections and they have rectified the problem immediately. Will continue to buy from them as they sell quality products at great prices.

Have purchased quite a lot from the stores over the years. Only thing is they never have a stock of anything and we have to buy the ones on show and when thats computers, projectors, TVs etc its not great to know how much life they have already used. Staff have always been ok and have ordered 2 mobile phones online and they arrived quickly. Have had to return an item that broke within its guarantee period and they sent it off for repair and sorted it out very efficiently.
