Had my iphone battery changed (apple store wouldnt do it, and also said if they did they would need my phone for 5-10 days).
I went to iservices and in 20 minutes replaced my battery, and so far working fantastic.

Phone simply did not work
Still in the process of dealing with Back Market and it is a very bad experience so far.
Within 50 seconds of using the phone, which took alot longer to arrive than expected, it did not work. The touch screen simply didn't work anywhere on the left hand side of the screen. I paid for the best condition phone they had,and this is what i get?
Back market has already taken my money.
It took them two days to respond to my complaint, during which time i had already posted it to the return address on the package it arrived in, but as it turns out two days later they inform me i am to return it to a different address, in the UK, even though i bought it in Germany.
I deeply regret beginning a transaction with this company, it feels very messy and unprofessional with no direct customer service, and they let me down with the terrible quality of the phone. Obviously the phone I received was not checked nor tested as they said it has, even though they show a certificate online that says the phone i am purchasing has been tested. I am shocked at just how bad this experience has been so far.
