They left my delivery in the dustbin
They left my delivery in the dustbin - perhaps they thought it was rubbish? I will not use this company again.

I am very sorry that Royal Mail left your delivery in the dustbin. That is not an acceptable way to have your item delivered and it is not the service we expect from Royal Mail when we pay them to deliver our goods. I hope the items were still undamaged in the parcel, but let us know if they weren't.
Unfortunately, it is not our courier that we use so there is limited control over how they are delivered and Royal Mail could have delivered a parcel from any company in that way, so I hope you will consider using us again as we could not avoid this particular issue.

Excellent Service and a Wonderful Holiday
I found Fleetway a very good company to deal with, everything went as planned - Denise organised everything very quickly and efficiently. The hotel (Coral Beach in Cyprus) was excellent, the service and food were wonderful, the staff were always very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use Fleetway again.
