I just placed an order a moment ago and…
I just placed an order a moment ago and was pleased to notice they offer 20% off so I picked up a few things, ordered and all went well.. then I noticed as a student I actually get 35% off right now with a limited time deal.
I navigated to their live chat option to see if i could cancel the order and replace it with my discount ( I checked out as a guest so couldnt do it myself) and got through to the hero of the day, Liam... well now what happened next was not something I expected. He not only said he could help but his resolution was awesome. He offered to refund me the difference between the student offer and previous discount and even offered a larger amount if I took it as credit rather than direct refund to which I happily accepted.
The responses were quick, polite, had some good personal touches like smilies in there and the service was wicked.
100% will be reordering, to Liams manager whomever you might be or whoever checks these reviews, the dude deserves some major props for the service he provided, I've already raved about him to a bunch of my co workers as that is the type of service that will create returning customers... havent even recieved my order and Im looking forward to ordering again, the dudes a legend, I know its not likely he'd get a raise from a single chat but the guy deserves at least a free coffee for his effort!
