tracking was not updated
tracking was not updated for this specific order. Courier was scheduled for 7th March, but the tracking info stated that pick up failed on 8th of March. This information was confusing and created some overhead.
However, when I have contacted the pick up located they have confirmed that courier was there on 7th and took the parcel.
When I have contacted eurosender team for clarification and help, the team has responded promptly with great willingness to help to resolve the issue.

Our support guys are always here to assist you by communicating with the courier company in case of delays, damages, losses, mix-ups and, in general, any mishap that can happen during transportation, but we can’t assume responsibility for a shipment that we don’t execute (we only place it on your behalf).
