Unfortunately i do believe the support/customer service could be a lot better.

I have used G2A countless times with no problems at all, but I have had my account locked for no real reason before, luckily I got this resolved with their support team fairly fast.
I have heard many of stories of people being locked out of their account permanent with hundreds of dollars in their accounts.
I have had a personal experience where a friend of mine bought a product off their store, the seller sold him an ineffective key. This is usually not a problem as with the shield enabled you're meant to get a full refund or new key but he was simply ignored by support.

As regards your friend's case, ss G2A is a marketplace with many different sellers, the first thing you should do if something goes wrong with a purchase is contact the seller that you bought the item from. Contacting the seller is really easy – just go to your dashboard on G2A.COM, open the "Bought items" tab and click on "Contact seller" next to the product you have a problem with. This is the fastest and surest way to resolve any issues that may appear.

Overall the site is very well made but...
Overall the site is very well made and allows designers to express themselves and their work over the internet.
There is some places where the site could be improved but would definitely recommend it to someone looking to have their own portfolio but cant afford to open their own personal site.

This website is a very honest and trustful site. It is very well made with a responsive and reliable UI, the animations used within the game modes are very unique and interesting. Would recommend!
