I am Not happy with the service

I am Not happy with the service. I received a text message that the package will be delivered and then a message that it has been delivered but no one came nor did the package arrive.
There is no details or help on the site for what to do if the package has not been delivered.

An amazing experience with the shop…

An amazing experience with the shop floor assist Arzik at Slough branch. We got to try different types of mattresses and had time to compare them. We had a look at different bed frames and chose the one that was perfect fit to our room. We were not pushed in to buying things but we were given full exposure to the options we had. We ended up buying new igel pillows aling with the bed that suited me and a my partner with differently. We were satisfied with the service and would not return to any other high street retailer including some of the big name but would recommend Bensons to everyone out there.
