Moving from Italy (Albenga) to Zürich (Switzerland)

The moving from Albenga to Zürich was very good thanks to the continuous phone support of the coordinator (Helena) and the job done by the
2 professional ucrainian drivers (Andrey and Igor).
The organization was pretty good and efficient. Both drivers arrived at my building before the scheduled time and we started uploading in advance. Even if the drivers of each van just met each other for the first time, they worked together as a team during loading/unloading and they arrived together to the border and to my new flat.

The only point I must raise is that was not clear since the beginning
that the 2 Van drivers were not allowed to travel in Italy on chargeable
motorways. Driving on secondary routes would strongly impact the time for me to
reach the Italian border for customs processes. To avoid the delay
loosing one day (arriving in
the evening instead that in the morning of the day after), I paid by myself the Italian motorway for both the
Vans. In my opinion this point shall be clarified since the beginning to correctly
plan the moving and identifying right total cost.
