Customer service is shocking,system does not work correctly

Customer service is shocking, the system is slow we have had problems since signing with them over 6 months ago
some of the trackers have not worked for over a month others dont update for a day
mobile apps dont work, nobody answers emails or the phones
email alerts dont work the list is endless.
am sorry to say but this was the worst move we made, at the moment we are looking to get out of the contrate
if your business needs a tracker that works ram cannot give you this.
