The worst customer service ever
So I ordered a o2 oxygen sensor from these guys for my 04 Toyota. There website shows a pic of the part I needed. What I received was not what is pictured on there sight, and is the wrong part. When I opened a return ticket. They asked for pics of what was sent. So I sent the pictures and they insist they sent the part I ordered. So I sent a picture of the page I order from which clearly shows a different part then what they sent. After the rep looked at my pictures he claimed the manufacturer states they sent me the right part and refused to send me a return label. And I’m at fault and I have to pay the shipping if I want to return for a refund. Still going round and round with them. What a joke. Don’t order from them. Customer beware. I will never order from these guys again and recommend you steer clear and save your self the trouble. Order the same part from carparts.com without any issues. Very disappointed. Would have given -5 stars if I could!
