Very poor customer service!!!!
I ordered 4 Continental ContiCrossContact LX 2 275/55 R20 111T, The web site indicated that delivery would be within 72hours, but during the ongoing Covid crisis I thought this was an ambitious claim. The order was placed on the 12th August, first tyre apeared on the 24th August next tyre a few days later then the third the next day, after another week with no 4th tyre i decided to contact the support team this is where the problem started. I was told that the tyre was possibly lost and would i like a replacement or a refund and i just asked them to send another tyre, It has now been almost 2 weeks since the initial report of lost tyre and i still dont have 4th tyre or a refund. The customer support is very poor taking days to reply and they are only available by email (no contact phone number available on website) I have asked them to give me a call but they have failed to respond. Use this website at your peril, very poor customer service i will not be using them again and would advise others not to use.

Purchased new mattress online
Purchased new mattress online, was informed of delivery date within 24 hrs of order placement. Mattress was delivered on time and delivery lads put it in the bedroom. First class delivery team and overall purchase experience. Mattress is as described on website very comfortable. Would use again
