I bought mattress and base from store…
I bought mattress and base from store (Setúbal) And I paid delivery cost. But if I bought from online, Delivery is free. I asked to Manager why the price is different. He informed me online and in store purchase are not same. I believe that, Conforama should disclosed there policy on the their web-page by ** marking.
Disgusting Customer service
I bought 1500€ products from them. I make a phone call for delivery inquiries. But I can’t speak Portuguese and request if someone speak English. The lady non stop speak Portuguese which I did not understand anything.The number I called, it says international customers support.So I can expect, someone can speak English.I write them a mail and I got reply ,” SKLUM is Portuguese shop and we are not obliged to speak in English. If you have so many problems, bring someone who can speak Portuguese. “In globalization age, business are spending lot of money to win customers. In here ,offered to bring someone who speak Portuguese shopping with them.Shame shame . This is my 1st and last shopping with them.
