Avoid
Had a few parcels that have been obviously opened, had 1 go missing an expensive Valentino purse, yet the tracking was updated to say it had been delivered. Also had a big parcel the size and shape of a cupboard door just left outside in the open and updated tracking as posted through the effing letterbox! Avoid these like the plague. You can never get any answers or resolutions by speaking to customer services (if you can actually speak to a person or get an answer)
