To long a period from order placement, payment to delivery.

Good quality products as always from AUER.
However, you could speed up the process from order placement to delivery.
My order was placed and paid on the 21.05.19, shipped on the 24.05.19 and delivered on the 29.05.19.
If the products are made to order you can expect a longer lead time, but if you are shipping a standard item you should be able to ship an order out quicker than stated 4 days after you have received payment for them.
You should be able to, and aim for, fulfilment of your orders within 5 working days from order placement.
