I recently purchased a large porcelain double sink and drainer from Materialesdefabrica.com for our new kitchen. The first thing to impress me was the price which was astonishing. The second thing was it included free delivery! Bearing in mind we live very remotely in the countryside and struggle to get anything delivered this was exceptional. Communication with the company was rapid and helpful, at all times I felt fully supported by them. The sink arrived as ordered and is now installed. It's brilliant!!! Perfect!!!

Had efficient help from Isobel
Had efficient help from Isobel. Problem couldn't be resolved as she has had to contact the other courier (DPD), so now waiting for 48 hours for their response. The chat itself and advice was helpful though as it was good to speak to someone immediately. Hopefully I'll get a good resolution to the problem and my parcels will get to their destination.
