Pleasantly surprised

Although I was on hold for a few minutes. And was initially told it would take 1:30min for a driver to come to me.
I was pleasantly surprised when the driver arrived under 5min later.
Very friendly and polite. I am a new driver and it was my first time requiring breakdown help.
