All good while they are taking your money, but falls apart when you need to make a change.
Needed to have a unit removed when sold a vehicle, made the request on-line and over a month later was told that i need to pay a large sum for the removal- information that should have been supplied at time of request.
Tracking also causing problems, tried to trace the location of a vehicle only to be told that it was in "private mode" and no info ??????
Another vehicle parked on drive of house, but showing as driving at 17mph ???????
All good to start with and have introduced other companies, only for the service to dip away
