No refund after 1 year

I bought a Bosch Multitalent uno 3 em 1 compacto e poderoso and it didn't have all the pieces, so it couldn't work. I returned it expecting my money back as they promised but even today, after more than one year, they didn't give me the money and do not even answer my e-mails
