Wellindal did not issue refund, despite many requests

I ordered two knives in January 2019, then decided to cancel the order. I received a reply right away that the order had been canceled and that I would receive a refund. (They had already charged my credit card.) Between January and July I have written 10 times to remind them to send the refund. They have given numerous excuses, like the finance systems being broken down, and continued to promise a refund. It never came. From other reviews (which I have now read) I believe the company to be a complete fraud. BUYER BEWARE! Do not order from this company! Note: I requested that my Credit Card company investigate. They gave me a credit for the amount, but did not get money back from Wellindal, because it had been over the 3 month limit for investigating fraud.
