I ordered a ceiling fan this May and waited for around a month but the fan did not arrive. It turned out that they could not supply the one I wanted so I asked for a refund. This was not forthcoming. They told me 14 working days but having seen older reviews I am obviously being given the run around as a lot of the excuses are exactly the same as other people have had ages ago. Luckily I paid by credit card so I am covered under section 75 and should get my money back. The company is in a small town outside Barcelona. Do not buy anything from them they do not deserve to be in business and they probably won’t be after we leave the EU
