Never import duties are mentioned for…
Never import duties are mentioned for 5$ product . I am charged 100$ as import. Please kindly mention it while a person from different countries try to buy. Just mentioning in terms and conditions is still not transparent.
Update: Since i had no choice. I have to pay that whooping amount and get my things. Please be clear with customer. You cant always get away with the fact that in small letter and in grey shade , in bottom corner , you mentioned terms and condition . Transparency is key for online business. You cant scale up and go long without it

We currently ship all packages with DDU (delivery and duties UNPAID). The contact number they have shared nobody respond on that. If you watsapp them , they see but don't reply....sometimes they will tell refund system was broken...sometime the person who would do them died....guys pls report them under fraud case...else business like this will keep flourishing..As its easy to scam large people with small amount rather than one people with big amount

Even after contacting them , so many times...Did a police complain..they do no bother to response back...this is so so ridiculous.. such a shameless company

How can they do so?. Where we can complain about them? This is ridiculous . I ordered a shoe rack which never go delivered
i waited almost 3 weeks with no word from them when i emailed them they said they don't have the shoe rack in stock and a refund will be issued in 14 working days. I have yet not received anything, no reply.
I am not going to leave them like this.
Just to add now they say that there is technical issues in refund system, which delayed the refund. You ares ystem was perfectly working fine while accepting payments.? But i know like others they are lying. Guys atleast have a different reasons which are not mentioned here. .
