Frustrating experience.

Found their website while looking for a gift. The item was labeled with "availability: high" and a delivery estimate of one week. Two weeks went by without getting any update. No one reacted to multiple complaints through their contact form or directly to their email. After putting PayPal on the case, I got an answer and the info that "the item is sold out" - weird, as the availability on their website was and is still "high". Also they told me that I would get a refund within 14 days. As Paypal is investigating and after reading the reviews here, I'm confident that they don't send the money back themselves and I have to wait until PayPal's buyer protection takes care of it. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from them.

Update: Got my money back a week earlier than expected through PayPals buyer protection.
