So if you live abroad you are unable to book a flight. Live in Spain but I am not allowed to book a flight. Must have English address. Etc etc. After being on phone for 35 mins with operater trying to book flight as she was not aware of this rule I ask to speak to manager who confirm no unless you have a English address a English bank account they do not want to know you. Surprising as company is owned by a German company. Does not say this anywhere on there web site but I guess they would not as this is a farce.
