never again will I book

after using Trivago I was transferred to Prestigia. I was booking Hotel Unicus Palace but when confirmation arrived it was for Hotel Unicus (both in Krakow). I was charged £427 (4 nights) for the wrong hotel. If I wanted this hotel I'd have booked it on another site for £272.
Prestigia have told me 'must have been Trivago's fault' even though they have my money. Nobody seems to care.
