I just did a survey for more than 15…
I just did a survey for more than 15 minutes and the system told me that the survey has been filled up!!!!
What a disgrace, please tell me when it just started if it is filled up already.

I finished a survey and then they said I am disqualified.

They blocked me from the 1st minute that I joined and said nothing.
I issued a ticket asking why and they answer that I have used proxy which I totally don't know what they are talking about.
After that they have not provided any solution and now I have to wait for a week asking them how to fix the damn problem.
Useless customer service, rubbish website.
Don't waste your time on this bad company.

They provide many ways to earn points for you and it is very easy to earn points if you are patient enough.
Also they have many partners so you can easily find some surveys to do.

Did a survey for 10 minutes and then they disqualified me, that is just for GBP0.68 reward only.

p.s. your reply is useless. Usually there are 5-6 questions before the actual survey, after answering them they will say that you are qualified for the survey.
But the system disqualified me after I answered a few questions of the real survey. I really don't understand why there are so many questions for qualification, SCAM!!!

I have completed a few surveys and at last they said the system is down and I can't receive the points immediately.

They will ask you some simply questions like "what is the colour of the sky when it is clear day" and you will be disqualified after answering it correctly.
What a nonsense website, always get disqualified.
Getting the enough points to redeem will be even more difficult than Liverpool getting the EPL champions.

The simple questions function as logical tests. Before our surveys start we sometimes ask what color the sky is, what the capital of France is or the like in order to make sure that we have the respondents' attention. If you did answer the question correctly, however, there can be other reasons why you were screened out. If it is possible for you to send the specific survey to info@userneeds.ie, I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
With regards to our point structure, it does take time to collect enough points to get a gift card, however, we send gift cards for Irish panel members every day, thus it is definitely doable. If you do not want to accumulate points you can choose a scratch card after each survey instead.

Can't withdraw money after completion. Completely SCAM!
There are many similar reviews saying that your account will be suspended indefinitely because of "inaccurate information provided".
There are nearly 7 euro in my account and my account has been suspended when I was trying to withdraw the money.
Absolutely SCAM! Don't work for this cunning company.

Finished a survey which they said 400 points in the email, but only 300 points credited.
SCAM!!!
I am very sorry if you didn't get the correct amount of points. When we send out our surveys, we have to make sure the amount of points written in the invitation equals the amount of points in the system. If that hasn't been the case there has been an oversight for which I apologize. Is it possible for you to send an email to info@userneeds.ie? If you click "Reply" to the specific invitation we can see exactly what survey it is regarding, contact the project manager, correct the error and transfer the remaining points to your account.

Completely SCAM
I couldn't get any new surveys for a month after finishing the first 4.After that I contacted with them and being told that I am not a trustworthy interviwee.
I had the same issues with other members that the have suspended my account
I had registered for more than 3 survey websites and never encountered such ridiculous problem before. Of course their pay is high so many people joined but it definitely is a SCAM.
I had €6.50 in my account and they said I can't take any money back once your account has been suspended, it is so unfair that you won't get back anything after working for them.
Absolutely disgrace, completely a SCAM.
p.s. they contacted with me after posting the review, however they still did nothing and grabbed my €7 euro and don't pay me back. What a disgrace, don't work for them.
