Experienced difficulty in payment…
Experienced difficulty in payment section- using online facility- as bank required to send security code via mobile telephone. OK I have a mobile but no signal in village. consequently I used land line telephone no. to contact Staysure. Although a lengthy telephone call resulted- especially as format of application on line was different to that used by Staysure rep on telephone- the Staysure rep was courteous and professional and very patient allowing the procedure , including payment, to be completed. So far so good- but always hoping that no claim is necessary!!
