Damaged furniture and extremely unprofessional staff!!!!!

Will never use this company again

Earl was our delivery driver. He and his family picked up my couches from my brother in California and transported them to Idaho. My family was told that he would be in a box trailer and that he would make sure everything was well wrapped because they are very expensive, very nice leather couch and chair with ottoman. He told my brother/ mom that he was going to be to his house by 7:30pm on Sunday and didn't arrive until 1:39am, he then said he would be to my house over the weekend, by our surprise he was earlier than expected and showed up at 8:32pm on Thursday. He approached my front door and introduced himself then asked for the code so he could get paid before we were able to inspect the furniture. Once we got to the trailer, which was a rental from home depot maybe a 6' trailer not enclosed he began to inform me that they didn't take before pictures of the furniture and that there was damage but wasn't sure when it occurred. Luckily my family had taken many before pictures so i could compare them upon arrival. The was A LOT of damage, stuff that is not fixable on leather couches.
Not only did he damage the couches that belonged to me deceased father, he was complaining about how unhappy my brother was that they showed up 4 hours late, and that my mother told them that if they didn't get there by a specific time the money would not be released until the next day because she would be ASLEEP!
Extremely unprofessional and unfortunately my mother was told it was a enclosed trailer so she didn't pay for the insurance because she didn't think we needed it.
