My Trionic Veloped Trek 14er is absolutely perfect for my daily 3-5 mile walks. I've used my Veloped in snow and rain, with excellent results. The tires provide good traction and the brakes work superbly. I use the "urban" wheel setting, because part of my routes are on city streets, which require easier turning than the "off-road" setting. One of the Veloped's many advantages over conventional rollaters is that I can walk without hunching forward (I am nearly two meters in height).
