Poor customer service and slow response time on their support lines.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, I am sorry your experience has not been what it should have been.

While we aim to pick up our calls as quickly as possible, from time to time the sheer number of calls we're receiving has an impact on wait times. We try to work around this by offering a number of alternative mediums by which you can make contact with us, but we do appreciate a voice at the end of the phone is often the preferred choice.
