Despite few issues when signing up on the Coinhouse platform I could really appreciate the responsiveness of the Customer support to assist and educate on how all this works.
Looking forward to the upgraded version to be able to transfer and receive cryptos with my coinhouse account

There's been a misunderstanding. It is always possible to choose to send your crypto-currencies to your personal wallet. You have the choice during the purchasing process:
- Secure with Coinhouse's Bitcoin account
- Choose an external address (your personal portfolio)

If you wish to withdraw the funds that are on the Coinhouse wallet and send them to your personal wallet then you must complete a form as indicated on the platform. Soon, this process will be fully automated!
