Purchased a tracksuit that turned out to be too big. Took back to store, but you only have 14 days from date of order, NOT collection to get it back for a refund!!!
They quote the small print in the order and you should read ALL the terms and conditions, but it should be 14 days from collection of the item when you have the "Change of Mind" document in with the purchased item......VERY immoral and unethical business practice!

Got a pair of trainers, took the back Boxing day to be told they do not do exchanges or refunds 3 days after. APPALLING!!!
However was told to order another pair then get this pair refunded in a few days, childs xmas gift so agreed.....PROMISED to arrive by 31st at latest, but accepted......2 hours over 3 days on the phone to their "lack of" CUSTOMER CARE team and they're still nowhere to be found!!!!
Will NEVER use this company again!!!!!!

MUST BE IN TROUBLE, I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS OVER A PRODUCT 6 MONTHS OLD THEY WILL NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE.
