NEVER buy coins online from Coinvinvest

Couple of golden coins I received were really damaged - although they were (supposed to be?) new and I paid for year 2019 - more than previous years, to be sure that they will be in best possible condition.

I reported this immediately to Coininvest, minutes after receiving the package. I received an answer that it can be this way because it's the minery fault and they don't check the coins before sending.

Also, in their opinion, this "cannot affect the resale price" ... Pfff. Right, I wonder what they would say if I wanted to resell them the same coins.

Lesson is simple and painful.

NEVER absolutely NEVER buy coins online - for me this completely disqualifies Coininvest as a good seller of such expensive investment products.
