My problem today was sorted by Hamza Naeem he was polite, friendly and very helpful and he very quickly spotted what I was not doing.
As I was trying to submit my VAT on line to HMRC I would have been in big trouble if Hamza had not managed to sort it out for me and I would like to give him my thanks.
