We have made so many complaints and last minute keeps ignoring us and saying it’s not their fault. I traveled to Barcelona last month , when booking with last minute they recommended this shuttle transfer company, I trusted them and booked them. On the way back to the airport the shuttle bus driver stole my bag! He gave me stupid reasons saying that someone jumped on the bus while driving on the motorway and they took my bag. This is disgusting! The company said that it is not their fault that someone stole my bag and that it was mine! I cannot get in contact with last minute because their costumer service is absolutely appalling! I am not gonna give up on this case because I deserve my money back. My bag was very expensive and I had very valuable things inside! I need this to be resolved now! Either last minute give my money back or the shuttle transfer company! I am never travelling with this horrible and stupid company again!

Bag stolen
Our driver took us from our hotel we handed him our 3 bags! Then we had to transfer to another shuttle bus, we asked to take our own luggage to the new transfer however our bus driver said he will happily do it for us! When we got to the airport my hand luggage was not there! I believe that the bus driver STOLE my bag because of the stupid reasons he was giving me! He said that while driving on the motorway someone opened the boot and stole my luggage! Absolutely disgusting !!!!! We headed to the office and the lady there was extremely rude did not listen to us and spoke to the bus driver in Spanish so we could not understand. She did not apologise for this happening to us. As a company it is their responsibility to take care of our luggage instead the driver said that he does not remember my bag being in the back and that it is our fault that it not there. The driver and the lady at the office were shouting at us not letting me speak. This is appalling, I had very expensive and important things in my bag. As a company they should take the responsibility for my bag being stolen and own up that it was the bus driver!!! I do not care about their stupid excuses that they gave me because it it not possible for someone to open the car while on the motorway!! I want my money back for my bag and the things inside it!!!

We cannot contact last minute directly because they do not have an email, we tried to talk to them on the phone however it was impossible to get in contact. They recommended me a shuttle transfer company, I trusted them and then we got our very expensive bag STOLEN!!!!!!! The shuttle agency is From2! Very bad service and the bus driver stole my bag !!!!!! This happened in Barcelona when we were going to the airport! As a big company last minute should take responsibility for recommending me this absolutely disgusting company which steals from their passengers . Last minute should resolve this problem. I will never travel with last minute again!
