Excellent website and service and great carpet as described. Very price worthy. Just please stop using UPS as a courier as their service is terrible and they kept the carpet for 2 weeks in town before delivery.

Terrible service
Terrible service. For 2 times they missed the communicated delivery date and marked in the system that I was not home, which was not true. Only when I called the customer service to complain they finally delivered the parcel. I suspect that the driver ( or UPS itself) wanted me to go and pick up the parcel at the central pick up point rather than deliver it himself as it was a very heavy and bulky delivery. Result, it took over 2 weeks to get it. Unacceptable.
