Do not recommend Staples/Easytech for television repairs
We sent our 65” LG tv, 18 months old via their repair service Easy tech to Lisbon from Faro with the following fault: had power and sound but no image. 9 weeks later the tv is back in store with a damaged screen and not working. They say that they could not get hold of the new led back light needed. This is supposed to be a company claiming that can fix LG products and can’t get hold of the parts?? We Refuse to collect the tv until Staples agree to take responsibility and replace/repair the screen as the damaged occurred whilst under repair.
Complaint initiated.
Having seen all the reviews and on going complaints including poor customer service, will NOT recommend anything to do with this store/company. I resented rating 1star as 0 star was not an option.
