BMAX Laptops - Horrible customer service
Bmax Laptops has been a promising Chinese laptop provider selling in all main Chinese channels like AliExpress.
Their products look quite sharp, design and a good performance for the price you pay.
But... if you have a problem, something stops working. Forget , their customer or support service is almost inexistent, they dont reply take weeks to a single reply and saying almost nothing.
If you are expecting to have a warranty after the day you get it. Forget it, better to throw it away.

This website is selling American fridges saying they will deliver them between 10/15 days . After ordering, nothing arrived one month after and their customer service takes ages to reply.
They end up replying the fridge has no delivery date ( ????) that they cant commit with a date (??)
How come their website says a expected date and after paying, its a hassle to contact them and one month after there's no date to deliver the goods ?!
Something is not right, give me back my money and at least reply faster to customers.

Aliexpress - After sales Service - Bad and worthless
Keep in mind ;
If you have a problem with the big expensive stuff you buy in Ali, it's going to be an hassle to get a reply , partial refund or even a basic reply
Nowadays to get in touch with after sales team is completely impossible, you need to lose hours trying to find the right way to write your complain otherwise you just get stuck in a Robot that only stops you hoping for you to give up.
If you buy from official stores like FIMI inside Aliexpress, forget you have a problem, no one replies and Ali team are the first ones to stay in silence.
FIMI DRONES - Avoid headache's - No warranty
If you are buying from this Chinese provider, part o Xiaomi group keep in mind their after sales service is terrible.
They dont reply for weeks, then excuse themselves they did but your spam box, continuously.
Regarding the warranty in my case 6 months after buying a Drone the Battery inflated and they refused to change it.
There's no representation in Europe they dont follow the main warranty rules in Europe.
AVOID if you dont want to hire a long headache.

Amazing experince.
We have been flying all these years with them and never had a single issue
The latest problem was due to covid flight changes and they refunded us in 5 days
An example to follow from other competitors that don't answer the phone don't reply to mails or refund the money at all. Good job Transavia !
Lagrange Vacations | Corona Virus - NO REFUND !
Dear all,
Due to Coronavirus outbreak in Europe and quarantine measures ordered by Portuguese government we couldn't travel anymore to their place in Les Gets, France Les Fermes Eminguy.
Les gets announced too the ski resort closure until further date and Les Fermes from LAGRANGE closed.
Due to this force majeure, we wrote to their customer service reservations but the arrogance and the general denial of this caos was present.
They refused to give us the money back and forced us to get a credit to book until October when we are regular ski travellers.
They were obliged to refund Booking.com clients but customers from their reservations center like us, simply refused.
Without knowing how and when this Pandemic is going to end , their arrogant way of replying and forcing to keep the money in their side, refusing to recognize the Coronavirus issue, looked to us completely unprofessional.
Please keep in mind before booking, that they will not give the money back if any force majeure happens in your life.
Really a frustration after being a regular client for so many years when everything goes well no news, if something goes wrong - Don't count with them.
