Bad service.. no response at all! Avoid at all costs!!!
I booked a flight on lastminute.com yesterday. At the time when I booked it, there were only 4 seats left and so it was at a status of 'almost gone'. After payment, I received an email saying 'We are handling your request..' But I've waited hours and hours for them to process my order, yet my flight still hasn't been confirmed. Also, I signed in my account and couldn't find my flight under 'My bookings'. I tried to call the customer support, which is claimed to be 24/7, and I waited in line for 30 minutes but nobody answered the call. All of this has left me so frustrated, as I HAVE TO BE ON THAT FLIGHT. Now all I wish for is they contact me ASAP!!!!!!
